I grew up as a kid practically living off Yogo Chocolate Mousse and unfortunately didn’t even consider it a dessert possibility once I decided to adopt a vegan diet.
Surely it’s just pure milk and sugar, right?
This recipe is actually relatively healthy and tastes like heaven.
In my opinion, chocolate duos are the best culinary idea of all time.
You’ve got jaffa, choc mint and choc raspberry, to name a few.
This easy vega recipe takes under 1 minute to create, however setting time will take around 3 hours or more.
This gives you the option to whip it up in the morning and for it to be perfect by dessert time.
The best part?
SUPER CHEAP TO MAKE.
You guys know me. The less ingredients the better. This mousse surely delivers that.
Even better, most of the ingredients can be found in your kitchen staples. This saves having to do a mad dash to the supermarket when you want a sweet fix.
